Services provided to clients:

  • Version Migration - upgraded and transferred customers between TeamSite versions 4.5 and 5.5 and 5.5 to 6.1.
  • Platform Architecture Design and Analysis - during upgrade processes, existing hardware and configuration limitations were examined and recommendations made to improve performance, reliability and shorten platform downtime.
  • Web Site and Template Strategy Creation - devised a reusable TeamSite template framework that provided the capability for all customer sites to be built from a single set of templates. Changes to the templates had to be made in one location and made available to all sites instantly.
  • Platform Installation and Configuration - installed and configured TeamSite environments on the Solaris, Windows and Linux platforms. Some of these installations involved integration with corporate LDAP servers to manage TeamSite authentication.
  • Conversion of Legacy Code - converted existing Perl scripts and modules into Java servlets and JSPs, leveraging the Content Services Software Development Kit available in TeamSite versions 6.x.
  • TeamSite Content Center Customizations - extended the capability of the TeamSite User Interface to support customer requirements. Extensions have included a template preview and page visualization application, seamlessly integrated within the user interface.
  • TeamSite/MediaBin Integration - made the MediaBin repository accessible within TeamSite template forms, allowing digital assets to be centralized and accessed from a single authoritative source.
  • TeamSite Templates, DataDeploy and Database Integration - developed a content quality assurance reporting tool that uses data from a database loaded by DataDeploy with TeamSite template records whose loading is controlled by a TeamSite workflow process.
  • TeamSite Content Sharing Capability - added native capability within the Content Center user interface to share content across multiple workareas.
