Business Challenges

Interwoven TeamSite platform components (i.e. event subsystem) not functioning properly and negatively impacting other systems and applications.
Nightly backup process design required multiple hour downtime window.
No concrete performance baseline existed to monitor system efficiency and identify potential issues.

Improved overall TeamSite system performance by 17% without adding additional hardware.
Identified a VMware ESX software issue that was negatively impacting performance of the TeamSite platform.
Delivered a set of quick hit activities identified in the assessment to provide immediate performance gains.
Created a baseline of system performance results for use in future comparisons.

Conducted a "health check" on the VMware, TeamSite / SitePublisher, OpenDeploy, MetaTagger, and TeamSite Search environments.
Executed standard TeamSite performance load test suite against development, staging and production environments. Results were compared against similarly configured virtual machine hardware in the Klish Group lab environment.
Documented and corrected issues identified with the TeamSite, OpenDeploy, MetaTagger and TeamSite Search software.
